ABOUT Chinese Bhel RECIPE

This Indochinese recipie is popular in all age groups and is an amazingly populat street food too. Fried noodles are readily available in general stores these days. You can add variety of veggies to it. This is simple, almost no cook recipe and nutritious too.

Ingredients Serving: 3

Fried noodles 200gm
Chilly sauce red and green 1 teaspoon each
Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Tomato ketchup 1 tablespoon
Schezwan chutney 1 tablespoon
Garlic and ginger paste 1 teaspoon
Vinegar 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
Chat masala 1 Teaspoon
Crushed roasted peanuts handful
Grated carrot 1/2 cup
Grated cabbage 1 cup
Boiled Corn kernels 1/2 cup
Pomegranate seeds 1/4 cup
Finely cut onion 1/2 cup
Finely cut capsicum 1/2 cup
Grated/ finely cut beetroot 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves 1 cup

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl add chilly, soy and tomato sauce, vinegar and schezwan chutney
Mix well and add pomegranate and corn kernels
Take microwave safe bowl and microwave capsicum and ginger garlic paste for 1 minute with few drops of oil
Now add capsicum and other vegetables to large bowl
Add chat masala, pepper powder, spices and salt
Mix well. Add coarsely ground peanuts
Keep this mixture ready. Just before serving, add fried noodles. Mix well and serve
