ABOUT Chinese Bhel RECIPE

It's yummiest and crunchy snack with noodles, veggies, Manchurian and rice.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup boiled noodles
  2. 1 cup fried noodles
  3. 1 cup Julienne cut carrot , onion, cabbage, capsicum (red, green, yellow)
  4. 1 cup chopped spring onion
  5. 1 cup boiled rice
  6. 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  7. 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  8. 1 teaspoon chilli sauce
  9. 1 teaspoon vinegar
  10. 1 cup hot and sour soup (small packet of hot and sour soup used)
  11. 2 teaspoon schezwan chutney
  12. Salt to taste
  13. For Manchurian:
  14. 1 cup grated carrot, cabbage
  15. 1 medium sized grated capsicum
  16. 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  17. 4-5 teaspoon corn flour
  18. Chopped Coriander leaves 1 teaspoon
  19. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. For making Manchurian, in a deep bowl, add grated carrot, capsicum, cabbage, Coriander leaves. Mix well. Add soya sauce ,cornflour and mix well. We haven't added salt because it will be added in bhel. Now mix well, make balls, heat oil on medium heat and deep fry the Manchurian balls till it becomes golden brown. Remove on absorbent paper and keep aside.
  2. Take pot on medium heat, add water in it. Add noodles in it, boil it for 3-4 minutes and keep aside.
  3. Take pot on heat, add water, add hot and sour soup packet stuff in it. Mix well and make thick sauce.
  4. Take raw noodles, sprinkle corn flour on it. In the same oil, deep fry noodles till it becomes crispy. Remove on absorbent paper and keep aside.
  5. Heat a pan, add oil, add garlic ginger paste. Saute it and add schezwan sauce. Mix well.
  6. Add sliced onion, saute it. Then add slices, all colors capsicum,carrot ,and cabbage ,add spring onion, on fast heat and stir fry it for 2-3 minutes. Do not over cook it.
  7. Then add hot and sour soup ,chilli sauce ,Salt ,vinegar,soya sauce and give it good mix.
  8. Add prepared Manchurian in it .cook for 1 minute.
  9. Then add boiled noodles ,boiled rice in it..mix well.cook for 2 minutes.
  10. Then before serving add fried noodles.garnish with spring onion.and serve immediately.
