Cakes and brownies liked by all age groups..If it is served in parties as dessert with icecream it is like a movie with a happy ending... This is my healthy version of brownie with no APF..with my no fail recipe..

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup wheat/ multigrain flour
  2. 1 tsp Baking powder
  3. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  4. Pinch of salt
  5. 1 cup sugar/raw sugar/ stevia/ honey/ brown sugar/ powdered sugar
  6. 1/2 cup oil any fragrance free oil ( i used cannola oil)
  7. 1 cup thick curd
  8. 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  9. 4 tbsp melted dark chocolate or chocolate chips
  10. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  11. 1/4 cup roasted chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. First chop and roast walnuts. Melt chocolate chips. And collect all ingredients
  2. Sieve cocoa, wheat flour, baking soda baking powder in a bowl.
  3. Add oil, curd, vanilla essence, powdered sugar in another bowl
  4. Mix dry and wet ingredients together. Add melted chocolate.
  5. Beat it with beater so no lumps remain
  6. Add chopped roasted walnuts
  7. Garnish some walnuts over the batter of brownie
  8. Bake it in preheated oven at 180'C for 30-35 minutes or toothpick comes out neat
  9. Tadaa. your eggless no maida, fudge chocolate brownie is ready to enjoy
  10. Serve hot with drizzle chocolate sauce over it. Or chilled with vanilla ice cream.. Best party stopper..
