Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 Cup Whole wheat flour
  2. Oil as required
  3. Salt
  4. 2 tbsp curd
  5. Onion one
  6. Tomato one
  7. Green Chili 3
  8. 1 tsp haldi powder
  9. 1 tsp chili powder
  10. 1 tsp chicken masala
  11. Eggs 3

Instructions

  1. Take flour in a bowl. Add salt and one tbsp oil.
  2. Mix with hand add Dahi and mix.
  3. Add little water at a time and kneed to a soft dough.
  4. Keep covered.
  5. Heat oil add chopped vegetables. Fry on medium till their rawness goes.
  6. Add dry masala, mix well and switch off the flame.
  7. Break eggs. Add salt and the fried vegetables.
  8. Mix everything well.
  9. Now make six balls out of the dough. Roll them in shape of triangular parathhas.
  10. While folding then add some oil so that the paratha puffs well while cooking.
  11. Heat Tawa and immediately place the paratha and cook.
  12. Flip and lightly rub the surface of paratha and press lightly with a flat spatula so that the paratha puffs well.
  13. Now keep the flame at lowest.take a knife or spoon and care fully slit open one layer of the parathha from the puffed side. Make a pocket like opening and carefully stuff the egg mixture into it.
  14. Leave for 2 seconds till the egg inside become little solid. Flip and pour 1 tbsp oil and cook the paratha as usual.
  15. Repeat for the rest parathas and serve hot with tomato ketchup or dip of your choice.
