Gozleme is a turkish flat bread just looking like indian paratha or kulcha ..but it has very different ,yummy and nutritious stuffing ..you will definitely like it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour 2cups
  2. Curd 1cup
  3. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  4. Olive oil for bread dough 1 table spoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. For stuffing
  7. Finely chopped Spinach 2 cup
  8. Finely chopped Mushrooms 1/2 cups
  9. Feta cheese 1 cup
  10. Processed cheese grated 1/2 cup
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Black pepper 1 tsp
  13. Paprika 1 tsp optional
  14. Red paprika sauce optional
  15. Olive oil 2 table spoon for toasting breads

Instructions

  1. First take a big bowl. Add curd in it .Mix baking powder and salt in it .
  2. Add flour in it and make a soft dough with it the help of little water .
  3. Apply olive oil on it .And cover with cling foil and keep it aside for 30 min.
  4. Mean while take another bowl add chopped spinach , chopped mushroom ,feta cheese ,grated processed cheese ,salt and pepper .Mix well.
  5. If u want more spicy gozleme .Add paprika and red paprika sauce in it .
  6. Now after 30 minutes. Take bread dough and knead it once again .
  7. Divide dough in 8 pieces and make small balls with these.
  8. Now dust a rolling board and roll a ball with rolling pin .Make a big roti with this.
  9. Now put 2 table spoon stuffing mixture in the center of roti .
  10. Now fold the chapati from the center .
  11. And seal the edges of gozleme with fork .
  12. Meanwhile heat a griddle and slow the flame .
  13. Put your gozleme on the griddle .Cover it with a lid .
  14. Flip it after 2 minutes.apply olive oil with brush .
  15. And flip another side and apply oil on both side .
  16. Now your gozleme is ready to eat.
