Evening hunger pangs do make us think about making something new and tasty, so here is something which is easy to make and very healthy at the same time.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Black gram [boiled] - 1 cup
  2. onion [chopped]- 1
  3. Tomato [chopped] - 1
  4. Raw mangoes [grated] - 1/2 cup
  5. Green chutney - 4 tsp [made with coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic, salt, blended into a paste with some water]
  6. Curd whisked with some sugar - 5 tbsp
  7. Sev
  8. Coriander leaves
  9. chat masala-2 tsp
  10. Salt
  11. lemon juice-1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak the black gram in warm water for 5 hours, strain and boil them in pressure cooker.
  2. Now mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Garnish with generous amount of sev and chopped coriander leaves and serve.
