Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Whole Wheat Flour 1 1/2 cup
  2. Urad daal 1 cup
  3. green chilli 2
  4. Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  5. Garam masala 1 tspn
  6. Hing a pinch
  7. salt as per taste
  8. oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. wash and soak urad daal for 5 hrs
  2. grind urad daal,chilli,green coriander and hing together
  3. now take flour in a plate,add 2 tspn oil,salt and ground dal.
  4. add water and make a smooth and tight dough
  5. make small balls flatten them and make kachodi
  6. heat oil in a pan.put kachodi in the pan
  7. deep fry the kachodi from both sides untill it became golden brown
