Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Boneless Chicken 500
  2. Curd 2tbsp
  3. Cream 1tbsp
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  6. Tandoori masala 1tbsp
  7. Vinegar 2tsp
  8. garam masala powder 1tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Basmati Rice 1 cup (soaked)
  11. Butter 2tbsp
  12. Cinnamon stick 1 inch
  13. Elaichi 3
  14. Cloves 3
  15. Haldi powder 1/4tsp
  16. Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
  17. Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  18. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  19. Onion 1 chopped
  20. Mayonnaise sauce 3tbsp
  21. Curd 2tbsp
  22. Cream 1tbsp
  23. Garlic paste 1/4 tsp
  24. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  25. Tomato sauce 1tbsp
  26. Vinegar 1tbsp
  27. Boiled potato 2
  28. French fries 1 cup
  29. Salad (onion ,cabbage )

Instructions

  1. Mix curd ,red chilli powder,vinegar ,salt,tandoori nasal, salt ,ginger garlic paste ,garam masala
  2. Marinate chicken for 1hour
  3. Boil till soft
  4. Prepare rice
  5. Heat butter
  6. Add garam masala
  7. Add onions and cook till translucent
  8. Add ginger garlic paste
  9. Add powdered masala
  10. Add salt
  11. Add rice and enough water so that rice gets cooked properly
  12. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce
  13. In a blender add mayonnaise, cream,curd,garlic,potato ,sauce,vinegar ,red chilli powder and salt
  14. Mix properly till smooth
  15. Arrange rice in a bowl
  16. Add chicken pieces and French fries
  17. Add salad
  18. Serve with sauce on top
  19. You can adjust seasoning in sauce
  20. It should be spicy and tangy
