Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 1/2 - cup pasta
  2. Salt
  3. red pasta sauce - 2 tbsp
  4. green sauce( mint leaves , coriander leaves salt, ginger , garlic green chili , that has to be boiled and blended into a paste) - 2 tbsp
  5. white sauce (2-spoon butter, 2-spoon, maida, salt, black pepper,1-cup milk and 1/2- cup, mozzarella cheese]
  6. 1- onion
  7. Green capsicum - 1 tbsp [chopped]
  8. yellow capsicum - 1 tbsp [chopped]
  9. red capsicum - chopped [ 1 tbsp]
  10. Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  11. Chili sauce - 1 tsp
  12. Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in ample amount of water along with little oil and salt.
  2. Heat a pan with some oil, add onion, capsicums salt , black pepper, add red pasta sauce , little salt and stir, cook for few seconds and add little boiled pasta to it, stir, red pasta is ready.
  3. Heat another pan with little oil, add green paste along with vegetables, stir. Add salt and the boiled pasta to it, give it a good mix, green pasta is ready.
  4. For the white sauce pasta, heat a pan with 2-spoon butter, add maida , cook for 5 minutes till the raw smell of the maida disappears. Then add milk, mix well. Add salt , black pepper, and mozzarella cheese, mix well. Then add the boiled pasta , mix and serve.
