ABOUT double layered sandwich paratha RECIPE

This is a stuffed parathas with 2 layers, a filling breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. one cup wholewheat flour
  2. one small chopped onion
  3. half cup grated cottage cheese or paneer
  4. salt and red chilli powder as per taste
  5. Water to make dough
  6. two tspn ghee of clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Knead the dough using the wheat flour, salt, oil and water. keep aside for 10 minutes. Roll out 3 thin chapathis.
  2. spread onion and salt on one layer
  3. Sprinkle paneer with salt and chilli powder on the next chapathi.
  4. Now cover with the third layer.
  5. press lightly
  6. cut into square shape
  7. fry on a non stick pan or tawa with ghee till golden and crisp on medium flame
