This is a new version of pizza, a must for every party, a pizza that resembles a volcano with erupting cheese and goodies.

Ingredients Serving: 6
250 gms plain flour
1 tsp dry active yeast
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 cup Luke warm water
Water to knead the dough
1 and 1/2 medium bowl cheddar cheese
1 and 1/2 medium bowl mozzerella cheese
Pizza sauce
2 tbsp sliced black olives sliced
2 tbsp chopped baby corn
2 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp sliced jalepenos
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Mixed Herbs
1 tsp chilli flakes
Salt to taste
Instructions
disslove sugar in the luke warm water. add the dry active yeast. mix it. leave it for 10 mins to get activated.
take the plain flour in a mixing bowl. add salt to taste, olive oil, and the activated yeast, mix it well, add required water to knead a soft and smooth dough, apply some olive oil on it. leave it for 1 hr to rise. it will double in size.
after 1 hr punch the risen dough down take it on a flat platform and knead it for 7-8 mins to develop the gluten. divide the dough in 6 equal parts...
in another mixing bowl add the mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, sliced olives, jalapenos, chopped onions, baby corn, oregano, chilli flakes and mixed herbs.. salt if required ..mix it well..stuffing is ready...
take 1 dough ball dust it and roll it in a 7-8 inches diameter circular disc...apply pizza sauce on it...leave 1 inch from the edges..keep 3 tbsp stuffing into the centre...bring the ends together and seal it..remove the extra dough...
now with the help of a scissor cut open from the sealed area create a cavity... put some stuffing on it...
now bake the lava pizza in a preheated oven at 180 degree celcius for 20 mins...the crust should turn golden in colour...after 20 minutes remove the lava pizza from the oven...it is ready to serve
