Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 bowl boil and bland carrots paste
  2. 1 bowl tomato ketchup
  3. 1 small chopped onion
  4. 5 clove garlic finally paste
  5. Salt to taste
  6. FRESH Cream to garnish
  7. 5-6 black Peppercorn
  8. 5-6 clove
  9. 5 -6 cardamom
  10. 4 cm cinnamon
  11. 1 tsp Green chilly paste
  12. 1 inch ginger paste
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  15. Oil/butter 1 tbp
  16. Water as per need

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in sauce pan.add green chilly paste , ginger paste and onion chopped and saute.
  2. Add Garlic Paste And Saute.
  3. Now Add carrots paste and tomato ketchup and mix well.cook it on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Take Black Pepper corn , cardamom, cinnamon and clove and grind it till it became fine spicemix powder.
  5. Add salt, sugar and mix well. Continuously stirring.
  6. Add Water as per need .how thick soup you want it depending on it.
  7. Now Add 1/2 tsp spicemix powder and mix it cook morning two minutes and switch off the gas .
  8. Now garnish with fresh cream.
