  1. Ingredients for dough..
  2. Wheat flour 1bowl
  3. Suji 1sp
  4. Ghee 1sp
  5. Water as per requirement..
  6. Salt a pinch..
  7. Ingredients for filling..
  8. Mango puree 1katori..
  9. Sugar to taste
  10. Boondi 1/2 katori..
  11. Aloo bhujiya 1/2 katori
  12. Chat masala a pinch..
  13. Red chili powder a pinch..

Instructions

  1. Add add ingredients into a bowl
  2. Knead a hard dough.
  3. Then roll this into a big roti.
  4. Cut different shapes, with the help of cookie cutter..
  5. Deep fry all golgappa puris.
  6. Put mango puree and sugar in to a jar and then blend it.
  7. Then make a puree and Fill it into golgappas..
  8. Put boondi and aloo bhujiya .. Sprinkle chat masala and red chilly powder, this is ready to be served.
