finger millet commonly known as Ragi .are natural small seeds with bigger health benefit it is an excellent source of natural calcium. Its my own receipe.which gives me a lot of solace.to serve a new dish.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. for golgappe.....
  2. Ragi flour ....half cup
  3. wheat flour ...one cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Oil 1 tbsp
  6. Oil for frying
  7. ready custard... 1 cup
  8. for Bundi....
  9. chickpea(besan) flour ...half cup
  10. soda bicarb...pinch
  11. ready sugar syrup

Instructions

  1. for golgappe....
  2. mix Ragi flour and wheat flour
  3. add oil and make a hard dough
  4. rest it for 15 to 20 minutes
  5. now take a dough and roll it with rolling pin
  6. make a thin chapati size
  7. with the help of cutter make small puris
  8. when all puris are ready fry it in the oil
  9. Fry all the puris in medium low flame.
  10. and the golgappe purees are ready
  11. for Bundi......
  12. mix water soda and chickpea flour
  13. make a thin batter
  14. with this batter fry all bundis
  15. with the help of this big hole full spoon or jhara
  16. and boondi is ready
  17. mix boondi in sugar syrup
  18. rest it for 10 to 15 minutes
  19. Boil milk,sugar , custard powder and make a custard sauce
  20. added some dry fruits
  21. in Puri fill custard sauce and boondi
  22. And Bundi filled Ragi golgappe is ready
