Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mango....1
  2. Coconut oil...1 spoon
  3. mustard.....1/4 spoon
  4. Asafoetida....3 pinch
  5. Jeera .....1/4 spoon
  6. Curry leaves.....10 leaves
  7. Red chilly......1
  8. Green chilly....2
  9. Pepper powder.....1/2 spoon
  10. Jaggery.....smal piece.
  11. salt.....

Instructions

  1. Take a raw mango and cut it into big pieces.Add water to it and heat it in a cooker until 2 whistles.
  2. Remove out the skin and nash them.
  3. Take a kadai and on the flame.Make tempering using coconut oil,mustard, jeera,redchilly asfoetida and curry leaves.
  4. Add 2 chopped green chilly to the temper and fry them.
  5. Now add nashed Mango to it and add required amount of water.
  6. Add salt pepper powder & jaggery to it and boil it.
  7. Add rasam powder and coriander leaves to it and boil it for a while.
  8. Mango soup/ Rasam is ready.
