This is a perfect evening snack or a party that you are planning to host. Kidney beans and raw banana kababs, pan seared and served with spicy chutney.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw banana- 1
  2. Boiled rajma- 1/2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Chaat masala- 2 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder- 2 tsp
  6. Chopped ginger- 2tbsp
  7. Chopped Green chilli- 2 tbsp
  8. Chopped Coriander- 3 tbsp
  9. Garam Masala- 3 tsp
  10. Breadcrumbs- 3 tbsp
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Boil the raw banana and remove skin and excess water
  2. Mince the boiled banana with the rajma.
  3. Add all the powders, ginger, green chilli and coriander. Mix well and add the breadcrumbs
  4. Shape into even sized round flat kababs and cook them in a non stick pan with oil.
  5. Serve the kababs with tometo sauce or any kind of chutney
