This is a different variety of the very famous mishti doi, by adding mangoes and baking this.
Delicious
Scoop out the flesh of 2 ripened sweet mangoes.
Blend the flesh in a blender to form a smooth pulp.
Keep 1 spoon of the pulp aside to be used later.
Mix 400 gms thick curd , 400 ml condensed milk in blender , blend till smooth, add mango puree & blend again.
I have used keser mango
preheat oven at 100 degree celsius for 20 minutes.
Put the curd mixture into a baking dish.
sprinkle mango pulp, bake until just set for 15-20 mints , ready to be served.
