Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 12 slice bread
  2. For Pav Bhaji masala mix,1 bowl already prepare Pav Bhaji
  3. 1/4 cup sweet corn
  4. 1 onion chopped
  5. 1 green chilli chopped
  6. 3/4 tsp chat masala
  7. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  8. 1/2 cup cheese grated
  9. 2 tsp fresh corriander chopped
  10. 1 tsp fresh mint chopped
  11. Butter for greasing
  12. oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Take a large bowl and transfer the Bhaji in this bowl.
  2. Now add chopped onion,green chilli,sweet corn,lemon juice,chat masala,chopped corriender,mint leaves and finally add grated cheese and salt in this and mix well.
  3. Now take 2 slice of bread,greese the butter,filled with Pav Bhaji masala mix and cover it with other butter greased bread.
  4. Prepare all bread slice like this.
  5. Now heat sandwich maker grease also it with some oil place bread slice and cook it.when done,do same with all.
  6. when all cook serve it hot with green chutney or ketchup,it's your choice.
