Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 cup clarified butter(ghee)
  2. 3 cup wheat flour(atta)
  3. 1 cup chopped Nuts (almonds,cashews,pista)
  4. 1/2 cup sliced almonds(for decoration)
  5. 1/2 cup Gum(khor)
  6. 1 tspn dry ginger powder
  7. 1 cup sugar
  8. 2 tspn cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Firstly fry gum & pound coarsely.
  2. Heat ghee in a thick bottom pan, add flour & keep on stirring on low flame till you get light brown colour & a good aroma.
  3. Add gum, dry ginger powder, cardamom powder & mix well.
  4. Let it cool slightly then add nuts & sugar.
  5. Take small portion, shape it into mountain covering firm with sliced almonds.
  6. Keep aside till firm.
  7. Store it in air tight container.
