Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Basan ( gram flour) – 1 bowl, Potato – 2 big size, Paneer brick – 200 gms, Red chill powder – 1/2 spoon, Daniya powder – 1/2 spoon, Green chilli and ginger paste – 1 spoon, Chopped coriander leaves – 2 spoon, Oil – 1 spoon, Salt as par your tast, Oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. Ek bade bowl mai basan dal le.
  2. Sabhi masale dale. Fir usame pani ( water) dal kar pakode ka ghol ( batter) bana le.
  3. Potato peel kar ke slice cut kar le. Paneer ki slice cube shape mai cut kar le.
  4. Batter mai chopped coriander leaves dale aur mix kar le.
  5. . Ek kadai mai oil dal kar pakode deep fry karane ke liye gas par garm karene rakh de.
  6. Garm oil mai thoda sa batter dal kar dekhe. oil garm ho jaye to, paneer and potato ki slice ko basan mai dip karke deep fry kar le.
  7. Garm garm pakode souce, chttany, and chai (tea) ke sath serve kare. Aur barish ka maja leeeee………. Eat n enjoy my recipe……….. #Meri ye recipe jaroor banaye #
