ABOUT Mango Boondi Cheesecake RECIPE

This delicious recipe is made in my kitchen. I made the base of this cake with boondi with a tasty filling. These small tarts can served on any occasion.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup boondi
  2. 1 /2 cup cream cheese
  3. 1 /2 cup mango puree
  4. 1/4 cup sugar
  5. 1 cup whipped cream
  6. For garnish---chop mango, cherry and mint
  7. N/A

Instructions

  1. Take mould and press boondi at the bottom of pan
  2. Keep this base to set in freezer
  3. Make puree of mango
  4. then tske a mixer and add cream cheese, mango puree and sugar
  5. Blend all of them into a smooth paste
  6. Soak agar agar sheet in water
  7. Then put it on heat and stir till it dissolves
  8. Then add in cheese mix
  9. Take whipped cream and fold it in mix
  10. Pour this mix on the boondi base
  11. Keep in freezer for 4 hours to set
  12. At the time of serving garnish with chopped mango, cherries and mint
