Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. One cup sooji or rava
  2. One chopped onion
  3. One small chopped green chilly
  4. One chopped tomato
  5. Few leaves of snake beans finely chopped
  6. One glass water
  7. Little oil
  8. Salt
  9. Turmeric Powder
  10. Red chilli powder
  11. Mustard seeds
  12. curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok and add mustard seeds to splutter
  2. Add chopped onions and green chillies
  3. Add chopped tomatoes
  4. Add powder masalas according to taste
  5. Now add sooji
  6. Add the chopped leaves and mix. Keep stirring until sooji becomes light brown
  7. Add water n keep it for boil till it becomes like halwa. Take out n serve hot
