Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mango puree one big cup
  2. Hung curd 400 gram
  3. Saffron 20 to30 threads dissolved in 2 spoon hot milk
  4. Honey 2 spoon
  5. Pistachio flakes for garnishing
  6. Some saffron threads for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Firstly bland the hung curd, kesar milk, honey and 1 cup mango puree together.
  2. Now chilled the mango puree and smoothi.
  3. After 30 minutes take a glass pore mango puree firstly than add smoothi, garnish with pistachio flakes and saffron. Ready to serve.
