Sandwiches r mostly liked by all kids ...but as a mom we always want to give them some healthy and nutritious food..so this is the healthy version of cream sandwaich , kids definitely love this ..

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Brown bread slice-8
  2. Fresh hung curd -1 bowl
  3. Fine chopped cucumber-4-5 tbsp
  4. Grated Carrot -4tbsp
  5. Fine chopped onion- 4 tbsp
  6. Boiled potato sliced-1or 2
  7. fine chopped cabbage-2tbsp
  8. Salt -according to taste
  9. Tomato catchup-1tbsp
  10. Butter-as required

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients excepted butter
  2. Apply butter on each slice of bread
  3. Now put some mixture on bread slice spread all over
  4. Cover with another slice
  5. Heat a nonstick tawa
  6. Roast the sandwiches with both side along with required butter on medium heat
  7. Cut into two slices n serve with catchup or sauce
