Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 cup amul fresh cream
  2. 1 1/2tsp agar agar pdr
  3. 2 tbsp Sugar
  4. 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  5. 3 tbsp hot water
  6. 1 cup Mango puree

Instructions

  1. Chop mangoes and make pulp..add sugar if desired
  2. Soak agar agar in hot water n boil it for a minute
  3. Now add half of agar agar mix to mango pulp..mix well
  4. Pour this in tilted shot glasses(keep something at the bottom for support)fill half glass
  5. Keep this in refrigerator for around one hour
  6. Till then heat fresh cream and sugar in a pan on sim.keep mixing till sugar dissolves...don't let the cream boil... switch off the gas as it bubbles from sides ...now add the left agar agar and vanilla extract mix in it n mix very nicely ..strain through a sieve for very smooth finish
  7. Take the glasses from fridge an keep it straight...and pour the cream in it till full
  8. Keep again in fridge till set nicely(4-5) hours
  9. Decorate with chopped mango slices and a mint leaf.serve chilled
