Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1. Raagi(finger millet) - 2 cups,
  2. 2. Jaggery - 1 and half cup finely powdered
  3. 3. Cardamom powder - 1/4tsp,
  4. 4.Ghee (clarified butter) - 2 cups
  5. 5. Dry fruits - optional

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a tsp of ghee in a kadai and roast the finger millet flour in it on a slow flame till it leaves its raw smell, approximately for 15mins
  2. 2. Turn off the flame and add grated jaggery, cardamom powder and ghee to it and mix well.
  3. 3. Start making ladoos when the mix is warm, you can add dry fruits to it at this stage.
  4. This ladoos can be stored for a month. jaggery can be replaced with sugar too
