Take the chopped mangoes in a pan.

Store in glass bottles (sterilize them).
Stays well for 6 to 7 months.
Can be used as spread on your bread.
I use it in making Aamarakhand, vanilla icecream topped with manjo jam. Mango cheese cake or mango jam with hot roti/ paratha is also an option.
