ABOUT Pav Bhaji Dosa Bites RECIPE

Kids are always tired eating anything repetitively. A small change in a dish which would enhance the flavours and presented in a pleasing way will be highly appreciated. My kids too are the same. This dosa comprises of masala from the famous pav bhaji which is a fast food dish from maharashtra, consisting of a thick vegetable curry served with pav. So the pav "bhaji" which any child can't resist is neatly wrapped in dosa here. Simple and irresistible.

  14. Drizzle a little oil on the sides and leave the dosa to roast.
  15. Now carefully fold the dosa, first on the right then from the left as shown above.
  16. Take it on a plate and do cut it into 2 or 3 peices which increases its fanciness in eating.
  17. Kids would love to have it holding it as dosa bites rather then tearing and eating. So a full proof happiness for kids.
