ABOUT Mohan Bhog RECIPE

My father taught me this delicious moist milk sweet.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Milk 1 litre
  2. Sugar 50 gram
  3. Alum just as a fennel seed
  4. Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Grated Coconut 1/4 cup
  6. Pistachios sliced as per requirement

Instructions

  1. Boil milk.
  2. When it starts thickening add cardamom powder and alum and cook on low flame.
  3. When it comes to a little bit thick consistency pour it on the back side of a greased plate.
  4. Keep in your freeze for half hour. After it is freezed cut into desired shapes .
  5. Garnish with grated coconut and pistachios.
