ABOUT Creamy Cheesy White Sauce Pasta RECIPE

Deliciously Yum Cheesy Pasta.

Ingredients Serving: 2

Penne pasta 1 cup
Milk 1/2 litre
Cheddar cheese grated 1-2 tablesppons
oregano 1/2 teaspoon
Mixed herbs 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper crushed 1/4 th teaspoon
Chilly flakes 1/2 tsp
Water for boiling pasta 250 mililitre
Butter/olive oil 1 tablespoon
Oil 2 teaspoon

Instructions

First boil pasta (al Dante) in water with a pinch of salt and two teaspoons of oil.
Drain out excess water from pasta and keep it aside and apply some oil on it so that pasta will not stick to each other.
Now prepare white sauce.
In a separate pan, add butter, maida and roast for some time.
Add milk, salt, oregano and mixed herbs.
Mix well without any lumps.
Cook this mixture till it thickens.
Add boiled and cooled pasta.
Add grated cheese, mix well and cook again.
Sprinkle some chilly flakes and serve hot white sauce creamy pasta.
