Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk 1 litre
  2. Sugar 1 cup add 1/2 cup more depend on how sweet you prefer
  3. Chopped fruits (apple, banana, pomegranate)
  4. Custard powder 1 tablespoon
  5. Mango puree 2-3 tablespoon
  6. Badam flakes 1 teaspoon
  7. Cardamom 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. First warm the milk. Take 1 bowl, put vanilla custard powder and 2 tablespoon warm milk and stir.
  2. Now mix above this slowly in that warm milk. Mix sugar in the milk and boil it and then cool down.
  3. After that keep refrigerated.
  4. Mix the chopped fruits, dry fruits and cardamom powder.
  5. If you want mango flavour add mango puree.
  6. Now mango fruit custard is ready to eat.
