ABOUT Dry Fruits Milkshake RECIPE

Very healthy and sugarfree milkshake, 1 glass in morning gives energy for whole day.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. dry figs soaked in water for 3 hours
  2. cashewnuts 2-3 pieces
  3. almonds 2-3 pieces soaked in water for 2 hours
  4. honey 2 teaspoon
  5. walnuts soaked for 2 hours
  6. milk 2 glasses chilled
  7. saffron soaked in milk for 15 -20 minutes
  8. 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. In mixer grinder add figs.
  2. Add cashewnuts.
  3. Add almonds
  4. Add saffron soaked in milk with milk.
  5. Add walnuts.
  6. Add chilled milk.
  7. Add honey.
  8. Add cardamom powder.
  9. Blend for 3-4 minutes.
  10. Serve in glasses.
