Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  3. 1 tablespoon baking powder
  4. 800 grams milk
  5. 200 grams melted butter
  6. 1 cup sugar
  7. 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  8. 2 pcs finely chopped paan leaves
  9. 2 tablespoon tutti frutti
  10. 1 teaspoon paan bahar
  11. 6 pcs of paan :candy: powder
  12. 300 grams whipped cream
  13. 150 grams sweet rabri
  14. 3 tablespoon gulkand
  15. few drops of green colour
  16. sweet saunf (for decoration)
  17. 2 sweet paan (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder then sieve two times.
  2. Take a pan add butter and sugar mix well. Then add maida, candy powder, chopped paan leaves, milk, tutti frutti, paan bahar, vanilla essence. Mix lump free paste.
  3. Grease the mould with refined oil and dusting the maida on mould.
  4. Put the batter in the mould.
  5. Bake the cake 45 mintues in the cooker or till cake is done.
  6. Grind rabri and gulkand together and keep it aside.
  7. Take whipped cream add green colour, paan bahar and candy powder.
  8. Cake divided into three parts equally.
  9. Take one piece of cake and spread the mixture of gulkand rabri on it.
  10. In another piece spread whipped cream you prepared.
  11. Spread the whipped cream all over the cake from all sides.
  12. Then refrigerate for 1 hour.
  13. After 1 hour remove from refrigerator. Garnish it with sweet saunf, sweet paan etc.
  14. Shahenshai rabri paan is ready to serve.
