ABOUT Cheese Chilly RECIPE

Cheese chilly or chilly paneer is an indo-chinese recipe. Whether served as a starter or as a side dish in your maincourse, it's a delicious delight for everyone. This is a gravy version of paneer chilly. This recipe uses and recommends deep frying of marinated paneer cubes for best taste. But you can also shallow fry them by using my techniques given in the end of this post. It is best served with Chinese fried rice/ veg fried rice. You can also have it with Naan or Hakka noodles.
