ABOUT Vegetable Pulao RECIPE

It is a tasty recipe of pulao with vegetables and easy to make.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For rice---
  2. 1 potato
  3. 1 carrot
  4. 1/2 cup peas
  5. 2 tablespoon ghee
  6. 1 tablespoon oil
  7. 1 teaspoon cinnamon and clove
  8. For preparation----
  9. 2 onion sliced
  10. 10 kaju
  11. 15 kishmis
  12. 1 chopped tomato
  13. 1 teaspoon garam masala
  14. 1/4 haldi
  15. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  16. coriander leaves
  17. 1/2 lemon
  18. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. For rice---
  2. Chop potato and carrot.
  3. Soak rice.
  4. Take water and boil.
  5. Add rice, potato, carrot, and peas.
  6. When rice cooked, strain and leave them open for 1 hour.
  7. Preparation----
  8. Take a wok, heat oil and ghee.
  9. Add cinnamon, clove and onion.
  10. Saute onion and add kaju, kishmis and tomato.
  11. Cook for some time and add garam masala, haldi, salt and chilli powder.
  12. Mix all of them.
  13. Add coriander leaves and lemon juice.
  14. Lastly add rice with vegetables.
  15. Mix everything finely.
  16. Serve hot.
