Ingredients Serving: 4

Bottle gourd boiled and cooked in milk – 1 cup
Custard powder – 1 tablespoon
Pistachio syrup – 2 teaspoon
Sugar – 2 tablespoon
Pistachio essence – 1 to 2 drops
Chopped pistachios – 1 tablespoon
Chopped almonds – 1 tablespoon

Instructions

Boil some milk in a vessel, boil it till it is halved and thickened.
Add sugar and custard powder in it, mix well and keep it aside to cool.
Add boiled bottle gourd in it, pistachio syrup and essence, chopped pistachios, almonds, and mix well.
Add this mixture into ice cream molds and freeze it for 2 to 3 hours.
