Easy and simple method to make eggless, homemade milk ladi pav. This is tried and tested eggless homemade milk ladi pav recipe. These are easy to make and are light and fluffy with a good flavor and ultimate texture. These homemade ladi pav or buns or dinner rolls are close to famous Mumbai ladi pavs that are soft and delicious that make superb meal paired with Potato Vada / Batata Vada(बटाटा वडा पाव) or with Bhaji(पाव भाजी). In a bowl add lukewarm milk, yeast and sugar, mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
In another bowl add the 2 cups APF / maida, 1 teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoon milk powder. Make a well in the center and after 10 minutes add yeast mixture to the well and make a dough.
Now add 3 tablespoon butter and knead for 10 to 15 minutes to make soft dough.
Transfer dough into bowl and cling wrap and proof it for 1 hour or till double the volume and after 1 hour take some maida dust your hands and punch down the dough, take out and knead for one minute.
Now divide dough into equal portions and roll to make small balls and place these balls into tray and cover with damp cloth for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven at 392 degrees Farenhite and after 30 minutes brush the pavs with milk.
Bake Ladi Pav at 392 F for 15 minutes.
Here, soft, fluffy and spongy ladi pav or dinner rolls or buns are ready to serve. Enjoy !!!
