Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 litre full cream milk
  2. 200 grams sugar
  3. 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  4. 50 grams fresh home-made curd
  5. fresh rose petals for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk till it reduces to its half quantity.
  2. Add half of the sugar and boil for five minutes.
  3. Take a pan and caramelize the leftover sugar.
  4. Add milk now and let it cool down slightly.
  5. Now add the curd and whisk it nicely.
  6. Pour in earthen pots and cover it.
  7. Put it on a warm place.
  8. It takes 10 to 12 hours to set.
  9. Keep in fridge for two hours.
