ABOUT Milk And Chocolate Brownie RECIPE

Brownie made with milk and chocolate can be enjoyed hot and fresh out of the oven or with ice cream on sizzler plate.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Milk 125 millilitre
  2. Dark chocolate 20 grams
  3. Sweet Milk chocolate 20 grams
  4. Butter 100 grams
  5. Sugar 100 grams
  6. Dark Coco powder 2 tablespoons
  7. Milk powder 1 tablespoons
  8. Desiccated coconut 2 tablespoons
  9. Wheat flour 100 grams
  10. Maida 25 grams
  11. Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  12. Chopped walnuts and almonds 2 tablespoon
  13. Ready made muesli 2 tablespoon
  14. Baking Powder 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 160 degrees C.
  2. Grease and dust the baking tin and apply parchment paper.
  3. Collect all ingredients.
  4. Heat the milk for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat add butter and both dark and sweet milk chocolate and sugar.
  6. Again put the pan on slow flame and heat the milk till butter melts.
  7. Remove the pan from heat.
  8. Add dark coco powder, milk powder, dessicated coconut, vanilla essences, wheat flour, maida, baking powder, chopped walnuts and almonds and readymade muesli in the butter and chocolate milk mixture.
  9. Fold the better with spatula.
  10. Pour in the baking tin.
  11. Sparkle chopped walnuts and almonds and readymade muesli on the top.
  12. Bake the brownie in preheat oven at 160*C for 40 minutes.
  13. Serve hot brownies with chocolate sauce or vanilla Ice cream on a sizzling plate.
