Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Self Raising Flour- 3 tbsp
  2. Cocoa powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
  3. Coffee Powder - 2 tsp
  4. Condensed milk – 3 tbsp
  5. Olive oil /Melted Butter 2 tbsp
  6. Milk – 3 tbsp + 1 tbsp
  7. Almond chopped (optional)
  8. For ganache frosting:
  9. Heavy Whipping Cream 1/4 cup
  10. Dark /semi sweet Chocolate chips 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Mix 2 tsp coffee powder in a 1 tbsp milk. Boil and make a coffee mixture, keep aside. Take a Microwave safe cup.
  2. Add oil /butter, condensed milk and mix properly then add flour, cocoa, coffee mix. Add milk and make a lump free mixture. Microwave for 2 minutes.
  3. For the Ganache: In a bowl heat cream for 1 minute. Keep an eye on cream as it warms fast or it may spill out. Add choco chips and give a good stir.
  4. Once the cake cools down turn on a serving plate or you can serve in a bowl or cup only.
  5. Pour ganache on top garnish with almond flakes & enjoy.

Can we use maida and baking powder and baking Soda instead of self rising flour? ??

Hello. Please explain what is self raising flour or cake flour. Is it only maida with baking soda and baking powder and so, in what ratio. Thanks
