Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1/2 litre full fat milk
  2. 1+6 tablespoon sugar
  3. 2 pieces of crumbled bread without edges.
  4. 100 grams khoya
  5. Ilaichi powder
  6. Kesar few threads
  7. Chopped pista and almonds

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 table spoon sugar till it turns honey brown. ( to give colour to our kulfi )
  2. Then add milk, remaining sugar, ilaichi powder, almonds, pista and keep boiling.
  3. Add crumbled bread after 5 - 6 boils.
  4. Give 3 - 4 boils after adding bread.
  5. Let it cool and add khoya.
  6. Put the mixture into kulfi tray and freeze it for 5 - 6 hours.
