Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk - 1 liter
  2. Curd - 1 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Butter - 2 tbsp
  5. Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  6. Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil milk in a pan.
  2. Remove pan from the flame and after 5 minutes add curd to it. Keep it away.
  3. Milk will curdle after 5 minutes.
  4. Add it to a muslin cloth and squeeze them. Collect the paneer water in a container.
  5. Rinse the paneer with cold water and keep it on a plate.
  6. Heat some butter in a pan and add the paneer water, cumin powder, black pepper and salt. Mix them well.
  7. Serve it hot.
