ABOUT Jamuni Bajirao Aaru Mastani RECIPE

Its salty bajirao and sweet mastani. This mix goes really well. And the shades are so vibrant you are surely gonna love.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Aaru(Peach) 250gm
  2. Jamun 250gm
  3. Curd 100gm
  4. black salt to taste
  5. Lemon juice 1/2tsp
  6. Honey 1tsp
  7. Ice cubes 2
  8. Chopped Almonds for garnish, 2-3

Instructions

  1. For Bajirao- Take jamun and de seed them.
  2. Now take a blender and add jamun, black salt and lemon juice.
  3. Blend them together for a smooth texture.
  4. For Mastani- Take aaru and de seed it.
  5. Now in blender add aaru, curd, honey and ice cubes and blend them together for a smooth texture.
  6. Arrange both in the glass and garnish with almonds.
