Ingredients Serving: 3

500 ml frozen full-fat milk
10-12 ice cubes if the milk is not frozen
4-5 tbsp sugar
250 gms strawberries
Almond and pistachios chopped
Strawberry icecream

Instructions

Add the strawberries to the blending jar
Add the sugar
Add a cup of milk
Now blend it till it is nicely done
Add the left over milk and blend again
Pour in a tall glass up to 3/4 level
Top it up with scoops of strawberry ice cream, at least 2 scoops per glass for a better taste
Garnish with the slices of almonds and pistachios
Garnish generously and serve chilled
