Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Paneer from 1 ltr milk
  2. Poppy seeds 1 spn
  3. Musterd seeds 1 spn
  4. Melon seeds 1 spn
  5. Green chilli 4 to 5
  6. Fresh coconut 2 spn
  7. Salt
  8. Turmeric Powder
  9. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Make paneer from 1 ltr milk.
  2. Make a paste of musterd seeds poppy seeds,melon seeds, green chilli 3 to 4,coriander leaves .
  3. Mix this mixture with paneer.
  4. Add 2 spn musterd oil & 1 spn chopped coriander leaves.
  5. Mash it well . Then take a banana leaf, put the mixture in it & wrap it well .
  6. Put it in a tiffin box & place it in pressure cooker.
  7. After 3 whistle switch off the gas. Serve it hot with roti or hot rice.
