ABOUT Jamun Icecream RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Full cream milk. 1/2 liter
  2. Milk powder. 4 tbsp
  3. Jamun. 45-50
  4. Whipped cream. 200 grams

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk to boil.
  2. Add sugar to it.
  3. Mix milk powder in some milk and add it to the boiled milk.
  4. Cook it on slow fire for about 10 mins till the milk is reduced.
  5. Switch off the gas and let it cool down.
  6. Take out pulp of Jamun.
  7. Grind it in a mixer.
  8. Add the reduced milk in it n grind them together.
  9. Take out in a container and freeze it.
  10. After 4-5 hrs take it out and leave it to loosen a bit.
  11. Whip the cream.
  12. Add it to the Icecream n whip it again.
  13. Keep it to freeze.
  14. Enjoy this delicious Icecream.
