ABOUT Paneer malaiwala RECIPE

A very simple and nutritious receipe. Easy to prepare and full of proteins. Good for children and younger ones.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 100 gms.
  2. Onion 2 chopped thinly
  3. Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  4. Tomato 2 large chopped
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Green chilli 1 chopped or to taste
  7. Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Malai fresh 4 tablespoons
  11. Refined oil 1 tablespoon
  12. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Add oil to pan and when it becomes hot add onion. Fry till translucent and add ginger paste.
  2. Saute till cook and add chopped tomatoes. Cook till it leaves oil.
  3. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and green chilli chopped.
  4. Saute for 1 mintue. Add malai and cook till it melts.
  5. Crumble paneer and add to this masala. Mix well till it leaves oil. Add garam masala.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander.
  7. Your paneer malaiwala is ready. Serve it with roti or Parantha.
