My innovative onion masala cone .. very tasty snack for evening time
A unique recipe.
Take all ingredients of cone mix them well .
Now with the water make tight dough And cover it and give the rest for 15 minutes
Meanwhile we will prepare the stuffing ..
Take a pan put 2tsp oil in it and heat it ..
Now put onion , garlic , ginger in it and roast them until onion become slightly brown in colour
Now add chopped green chilli and all remaining ingredients in it rast few seconds .. and then remove from heat ..and allow to cool
Now take dough and kneed it well and make 2 balls from it
Take a ball , roll it from rolling pin make make like chapati .. Cut it in semicircle and again cut in two equal parts ..total 4 equal parts
Now take 1tbsp maida in a bowl and add water and make slurry
Now take a part of chapati apply slurry in a side and stick the other side .. see the picture
Now fill onion masala in it
Now with the help of slurry cover the open part
Now take a wok put oil in it and heat it .. in hot oil fry the ready cone on slow flame ..
Fry the cone until become crispy
Now dip a side of ready cone in sauce
And then sprinkle the chopped onion , serve.
