ABOUT Aam Onion Mirch ka Achar RECIPE

Pickles are always tasty and the best when made at home, this is a mango & onion pickle which is very easy to make.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Raw mangoes (washed and chopped) - 1/2 kg
  2. Green chilies (slitted) - 10
  3. Chopped onion - 4
  4. Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
  8. Anise seeds - 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a big container and add chopped raw mangoes, chopped onions and green chilies.
  2. Heat mustard oil in a pan and heat it for 2-3 minutes. Cool it in the room temperature and pour it into that container. Cover this container with a lid for about 30 minutes.
  3. Aam onion mirch ka achar is ready and serve it with paratha.
