Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. bread slices 8-10
  2. Boiled potatoes medium 4
  3. Carrot grated 1/2 cup
  4. Capsicum grated 1/2 cup
  5. Boiled American corn kernels 1/2 cup
  6. Black mustard seeds 1 tbsp
  7. Salt
  8. Turmeric powder 1 tspn
  9. Coriander powder 1 tbspn
  10. Green Chillies 1
  11. Mango powder 1 tspn
  12. oil
  13. ghee

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok, add potatoes, carrot, capsicum, green chillies and corns. Stir fry it. Now add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and mango powder. Fry it till all the ingredients get mixed properly. Switch off the flame.
  2. Take one bread slice and put the above made mixture on it and keep other bread over it.
  3. Take a non stick tawa, add few drops of ghee on it. When ghee is heated sprinkle few mustard seeds on it. When it starts to crackle, put bread slice on it. Apply ghee on the upper side too. Flip the sandwich till it turns golden brown from both sides.
  4. Cut it diagonally and serve it with sauce.
